Rocky, owner and founder of Rocky Mountain Equine Therapy LLC, brings years of horsemanship experience to horse wellness. Raised in Northern Michigan, he joined the Army at 18, discovered a passion for horses in Georgia, then worked with them in Germany and settled in Colorado after leaving military service. Across Colorado, Wyoming, and Michigan, Rocky trained hundreds of horses, gaining experience with breeds, ages, and horsemanship styles.
Founded in January 2026, Rocky Mountain Equine Therapy LLC provides equine massage therapy with a focus on athletic performance, incorporating horse cryotherapy techniques uncommon in standard equine care. As a mobile equine therapist, Rocky offers equine PEMF therapy, PEMF therapy for horses, equine red light therapy, equine KT taping, horse physical therapy, equine rehabilitation, equine sports therapy, and horse wellness therapy tailored to each horse’s needs.
Rocky’s mission is to support comfort, recovery, mobility, and performance while working alongside veterinary and equine-care providers. His goal as a horse massage therapist and horse rehabilitation specialist is to help owners better understand their horses’ physical condition and provide wellness options.
Through continued education in osteopathy, holistic animal studies, massage, cranial sacral work, lymphatic drainage, ANMR, and acupressure, Rocky continues expanding his approach to equine care.
